- Документ19th Century in Ukraine in the Context of Information Warfare(Запоріжжя: ЗНУ, 2024) Мєлєкєсцев, К. І.; Mieliekiestsev, K. I.The article describes the historical images and narratives within Moscow’s information warfare efforts relation to Ukraine’s 19th century history, particularly in connection to Moscow’s ten years hybrid warfare actions and its 2022 invasion. The purpose of the article is to analyze the elements of the 19th century history of Ukraine that are relevant to Moscow’s information warfare against Ukrainian interests in various information spaces and “battlefronts”, along with determining why exactly does the 19th century history matter to the Kremlin. It is concerned with determining the meaning of this informational support for Moscow’s soldiers themselves, for their sympathizers across the globe, and for the population of the territories occupied by Moscow’s forces, and for other observers of this war from different countries. The methodology, in connection with the review of diametrically different narratives in Moscow’s propaganda, and different approaches to information warfare depending on the specific infospace and intended audience, is based mostly on the historical-comparative method. The results of the study indicate that the symbolism of Moscow’s aggression was and remains inextricably linked with their historical imperial/colonial contacts with the territory of Ukraine in the 19th century, and thus constitute a form of imperialistic “phantom pains”, yearning for a time when Ukraine both “did not exist”, but simultaneously was very important for the core “Russian” identity. With the spread of occupation in the territories of Ukraine that went through decommunization, the aggressors have established new priorities: the “protection” of Tsarist and the return of Soviet symbols, despite the latter being downplayed in the Russian Federation itself itself, and the former being unaffected by decommunization. The article helps to reveal the complex psychological and informational aspect of the Moscow war, which includes the foundations of historical images and narratives to shape support and supposed legitimacy for aggression across various audiences. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the information strategies used in the context of war and underscores the importance of countermeasures and a need for understanding why the 19th century history of Ukraine is a particularly interesting “object” to the Kremlin’s information warfare and politics of history in general.

- ДокументAccounting information support relevant to surveillance of substandard goods(2015) Polіshchuk, OlenaIntroduction. Today it is almost impossible for almost any trade enterprise to exist without its basic resources - goods, despite the fact that availability of goods entails only the costs associated with their receipt, storage, transfer and disposal. Besides, a significant accumulation of goods leads not only to loss in quality and deterioration of consumer properties, but also to reduction in funds and shortcomings in profit. In practice, retail enterprises often have situations when the shelf life of some products ends before they are sold out or they are stored improperly or when certain other circumstances occur. In this case, such products lose their marketability and consumer properties partially or completely. Thus, they are considered to be substandard. Substandard goods are relevant to the elements of inventories, so it is necessary to conduct further researches related to accounting and information support for effective management. Now it is possible to define the purpose and the main task of this scientific article. Purpose of the article is to study the nature of substandard products as an element of the stock, the order of documenting transactions in such goods and their reflection in the accounting system. This form will provide a significant information support relevant to surveillance of goods that will help to release the funds invested in the purchase and stockpiling in order to meet consumer demands without violating consumer rights. Methods. In the research process both general and special scientific methods were used. Methods of analysis were used for identification, systematization and theoretical generalization of the nature of substandard goods; methods of observation and comparison were used for studying practical materials of trade enterprises; methods of systemic approach and special accounting were used to develop proposals for improvement of accounting and information support relevant to surveillance of substandard goods. Results. The question of the essence of substandard goods has been examined, main features of their origin and management. The main problems related to documentation of transactions and the methodological aspects of accounting have been considered. Conclusion. The proposals concerning the interpretation of substandard goods have been offered, a primary document that reflects the basic operation of substandard goods is formed and a new sub account to a master account of these transactions have been proposed.
- ДокументThe agrarian food consumption in Ukraine and its association with socio-demographic indicators of human development(2019) Seheda, Serhii; Datsenko, Anna; Otkalenko, Olena; Musil, PetrThe objective of current research was to analyse the extent Ukrainian population was provided with the basic agrarian foods during 1990-2017 and to evaluate the relevant impact on the dynamics of human development indicators, such as birth rate, death rate, life expectancy at birth, mortality rate of infants and fertility rate. During the study, it was identified that consumption of basic agrarian foods did not meet the recommended nutrition norms. However, the tendency of significantly low consumption of «expensive» protein and vitamin containing foods (meat, milk, fish and fruits) was registered. Simultaneously, the tendency of «cheap» food consumption was topical. Thus the levels of bread, potato and vegetable consumption were exceeding the recommended nutrition norms. Our data suggest that nutrition degrading of agrarian food consumption corresponds with the change in the birth rate, the death rate, the life expectancy at birth and the fertility rate in Ukraine. The correlation analysis showed that the basic triggers of negative socio-demographic situation in Ukraine were low consumption of meat, milk, vegetables and fruits. The consumption of such agrarian product as bread, potato, sugar, eggs and vegetable oils did not perform a significant impact on the outcomes of the research.
- ДокументAlgorithm of Intelligent Urban Traffic(2019) Boguto, D.G.; Kadomskiy, K.K.; Nikolyuk, P.K.; Pidgurska, A.I.The aim of this work is solution of a specific issue – traffic problem in a big city. To solve this problem we examined the city roads intersection - the main source of the traffic congestion. Intersection is a basic element in the technology of urban traffic regulation. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to implement the intellectual regulation of vehicles movement through a separate intersection. Such regulation is carried out with a help of a computer program that takes into account the vehicle road situation at the intersection and the corresponding adjustment of the traffic lights signal phases. At a second stage it is necessary to plan an optimal route for each vehicle using, for example, A*-algorithm and the spectrum of data received from an infrastructure of the urban network. As a result of an application of these two phases of urban traffic regulation, an optimal movement regime of all city mobile transport is achieved.
- ДокументAllergenic weed pollen forecast under the mathematical modeling method implementation in Ukraine(2018) Motruk, I.I.; Antomonov, M.Yu.; Rodinkova, V.V.; Aleksandrova, O.E.; Yermishev, O.V.Introduction: Allergies are the most common reason of the chronic diseases in developed countries and represent an important medical, social and economic issue, the relevance of which is growing both in these countries and in Ukraine. The most famous of these allergens group is the pollen of ambrosia and pollen of poaceae, which are ubiquitously distributed in the subtropical and temperate climate. The aim: The objective of our study was to develop the mathematical models, which will be able to indicate the probability of the pollen circulation, and thus these models can simplify the forecast of symptoms risk and improve the prophylaxis of pollinosis. Materials and methods: The research was conducted on the basis of the research center of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia in the years 2012-2014. A volumetric sampler of the Hirst type was used for the air sampling. The observation was conducted from the first of April to the thirty-first of October. For the initial preparation of the tables and intermediate calculations, Excel software package was used. The software STATISTICA 10.0 was applied to calculate the average coefficients values and their statistical characteristics (beta-values, errors of the mean values, Student’s t-test, veracity and the factors percentage contribution into the function variation). Results: Statistically significant correlation between pollen concentrations of herbaceous plants and individual meteorological factors was found; classificational functions were designed by which it is possible to calculate the probability of presence or absence of Artemisia pollen in the atmosphere; the risks of increasing of the Artemisia pollen concentration are determined under exceeding of the critical temperature of 18С, relative humidity of 67% and atmospheric pressure of 980 Pa. Conclusions. The results of the research can be used to predict the emission of potentially hazardous concentrations of weed pollen grains in the atmosphere of the central region of Ukraine using the weather forecast.
- ДокументAncient history and subversive attempts to affect regional symbols by information warfare actors(Вінниця: ДонНУ імені Василя Стуса, 2024) Мєлєкєсцев, К.

Assessment of Strength of Interaction between Nature-Resource Potentials in Provincial Ecosystems of Ukraine(Олштин, Польща: Видавнича компанія «ХАРД», 2025) Rudenko, Stepan; Pakhomov, Olexandr; Rudenko, Valerii; Rudenko, SvitlanaThe strength of the interaction is quantitatively established between nature-resource potentials in 14 provincial ecosystems of Ukraine, the latter being the equivalents of physic-geographical provinces (krais) of Ukraine. Nature-resource potential that covers mineral, water, land, forest, fauna, and natural recreation resources is regarded as one of the most essential characteristics of the field of ecosystems’ influence (effect). It is asserted that the strength of the effect of nature-resource potential of the ecosystem, or the bio-center, or the eco-region is the result of interaction between its central place and the surrounding area (periphery). The bigger the core (central place) and the less the distance to the neighboring core (other place of the ecosystem) with its own mass, the stronger it will affect the surround. The above strength is calculated according to the developed gravity methods. The value of the potential of nature resources in ecosystems in 2015-2021 prices represents the “body mass”, and the distances between the provinces are established to be those between their geometrical centers. The closest interaction is found to exist between nature-resource potentials of the Dniester-Dnieper and the Prychornomorskyy, as well as between the Donetsk and the Zadonetsko-Donskyy, the Left- Bank-Dnieper-Pryazovskyy and the Donetsk, the Left-Bank-Dnieper and the East-Ukrainian, and the Podilsko-Prydniprovskyy and the Dniester-Dnieper provincial ecosystems. The least strength of interaction between nature-resource potentials is observed between the Ukrainian Carpathians and the Crimean Mountains, the West-Ukrainian and the Crimean Mountains, the Polissia and the Crimean Mountains, the Zadonetsko-Donskyy and the Crimean Mountains, the Ukrainian Carpathians and the Prychornomorsko-Pryazovskyy provincial ecosystems.

- ДокументAutomated Analysis of Production Audit with Returnable Waste and Semi-products by Deep Simple Recurrent Network with Losses(Чернігів: НУ «Чернігівська політехніка», 2023) Neskorodieva, T.; Fedorov, E.; Neskorodieva, A.; Sichko, T.; Utkina, T.The article is devoted to the method creating problem for checked indicators estimate to automate the detection of anomalous data in the subject area of production audit, the transformations of which are represented by a mappings sequence. The data transformations model of production audit with returnable waste and semi-products based on a deep simple recurrent network with losses is offered. That allows to scale effectively the DLSRN model (to increase LSRN number without increase in training time of all DLSRN) in case of complications production. It allows to automate the process of the analysis and to use this model for intellectual technology of data analysis creation in the system of audit. The method of parametrical identification of a deep simple recurrent network with losses (DLSRN) reached further development by to use of the proposed one-step training of simple recurrent networks with losses (LSRN). This composition forms DLSRN and provides a representation of neural network weights in the form of raw materials shares, semi-products, finished goods, non-returnable and returnable waste. That allows increasing estimation accuracy by the model of data transformations of production audit with semi-products and returnable waste. It allows using the received estimates for forming the recommended solutions in audit DSS. The algorithm of one-step training of a simple recurrent network with losses (LSRN) due using of CUDA parallel processing technology of information is improved. That allows acceleration determination of values of LSRN neural network weights
- ДокументBetween Moscow and Washington: information influences on early dialogue with NATO in Poland and Ukraine (1991–1994)(Torun: Wydawnictwo Adam Marszałek, 2023) Mieliekiestsev, K. I.The research covers the early years of Ukraine’s and Poland’s cooperation in their bilateral relations in the context of building up security policies between the NATO and the CSTO in 1991–1994. Various information influences from state and non-state actors, internal and external, made it so the processes of the search for security guarantees ended up quite different between the two neighboring countries. Covering sources and literature that provide evidence for influences from sources such as the Kremlin, the non-lustrated “old guard” former Communist party functionaries in Ukraine, and the former opposition in Poland, the research shows how the two countries’ relations with the NATO differed, and why, though both countries joined the Partnership for Peace program at roughly the same time, Poland managed to start active Euro-Atlantic integration much earlier than Ukraine did. Using sources such as the text of the treaties, the establishing documents and legislature guidebooks of organization, public writings of diplomats and former policy makers, the research shows what exactly were the risks that the NATO assessed in the joining of former Eastern Bloc countries (with the unstated reasons for the small number of contacts of those countries with NATO in the 1991–1994 relevant to the West’s suspicion of post-Soviet intelligence and military), and which points of the first Ukraine-NATO proved “too much” for the former. Furthermore, Ukraine’s early success with the number of NATO exercises it partook in during the first years of the Partnership for Peace became an example to other Eastern Europe countries seeking better relations with NATO and defense sector reforms, including the Republic of Poland. The paper also highlights the tendencies of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Poland in the context of NATO enlargement and the various aspects of Atlantic integration. The most important among them was cooperation in security and defense, both bilateral and within the framework of the NATO Partnership for Peace Program.
