Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти використання хмарних
технологій як інструменту оптимізації комунікацій у системі управління
підприємницькою діяльністю. Обґрунтовано актуальність впровадження cloud-рішень в
умовах цифрової трансформації економіки, розвитку концепцій Industry 4.0 та Industry
5.0, а також поширення гібридних моделей управління. Визначено, що традиційні
локальні системи комунікації поступово втрачають ефективність через недостатню
швидкість обміну інформацією, територіальну розрізненість підрозділів та обмежену
гнучкість бізнес-процесів. У роботі уточнено співвідношення понять «хмарні
технології» та «хмарні обчислення», охарактеризовано основні моделі хмарних сервісів
(IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS) та визначено їх роль у забезпеченні ефективності управлінських
процесів. Проаналізовано особливості використання платформ Google Workspace,
Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Microsoft Power Platform та інших cloud-рішень у системі
корпоративного управління. Доведено, що впровадження хмарних технологій сприяє
централізації інформаційних потоків, оптимізації внутрішніх і зовнішніх комунікацій,
підвищенню мобільності персоналу, скороченню витрат на ІТ-інфраструктуру та
забезпеченню масштабованості бізнес-процесів. Значну увагу приділено питанням
кібербезпеки, розподіленої відповідальності, ризикам vendor lock-in та проблемам
залежності від мережевої інфраструктури. Досліджено особливості формування
комунікацій із застосуванням хмарних технологій у малому, середньому та великому
бізнесі, а також у неприбуткових організаціях. Визначено роль державної політики у
розвитку хмарної інфраструктури України, зокрема через діяльність Міністерства
цифрової трансформації України, розвиток платформи «Дія.Бізнес» та співпрацю з
Amazon Web Services і Microsoft. Обґрунтовано, що хмарні технології виступають
важливим чинником підвищення ефективності управління, конкурентоспроможності та
цифрової стійкості сучасних підприємств.
The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of using cloud technologies as a tool for optimizing communications in the entrepreneurial management system. The relevance of implementing cloud solutions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, the development of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 concepts, and the spread of hybrid management models is substantiated. It is determined that traditional local communication systems are gradually losing their effectiveness due to insufficient speed of information exchange, territorial fragmentation of departments, and limited flexibility of business processes. The paper clarifies the relationship between the concepts of “cloud technologies” and “cloud computing,” characterizes the main cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS), and determines their role in ensuring the efficiency of management processes. The study analyzes the features of using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Microsoft Power Platform, and other cloud solutions in the corporate management system. It is proved that the implementation of cloud technologies contributes to the centralisation of information flows, optimization of internal and external communications, increased staff mobility, reduction of IT infrastructure costs, and scalability of business processes. Considerable attention is paid to cybersecurity issues, shared responsibility, vendor lock-in risks, and dependence on network infrastructure. The peculiarities of communication formation using cloud technologies in small, medium, and large businesses, as well as in non-profit organisations, are investigated. The role of state policy in the development of cloud infrastructure in Ukraine is determined, particularly through the activities of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the development of the Diia.Business platform, and cooperation with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft. It is substantiated that cloud technologies act as an important factor in improving management efficiency, competitiveness, and digital resilience of modern enterprises.
