Анотація
Мета статті полягає у визначенні ключових векторів інформаційних впливів з боку Угорщини (уряду країни та афілійованих агентів впливу) на сприйняття історії України; основної аудиторії; результатів і можливих наслідків впливів. Методологія дослідження спирається на історико-системний та історико-порівняльний методи, а також методологічні основи досліджень та термінологія інформаційного протистояння, викладені дослідником соціальних комунікацій О. Курбана. Наукова новизна роботи ґрунтується на використанні новітніх джерел та зроблених висновків з аналізу досліджень останніх років, у частині яких превалювали позитивні характеристики українсько-угорських відносин, що нині є застарілими. Досліджені матеріали дозволять сформувати базис для комплексного дослідження іноземних впливів на сприйняття історії України та використання наративів щодо історії в інформаційному протистоянні. За результатами дослідження визначено, що існує конкретна стратегія інформаційного протистояння навколо історії, що послідовно проводиться угорською владою й афілійованими з нею представниками ЗМІ, онлайн-інфлюенсерами, діячами громадського суспільства. По-перше, для поставленої теперішнім угорським урядом мети (досягнення політичної автономії угорськими громадами за кордоном) їй необхідно так чи інакше торкатися сторінок історії України (та не тільки) задля делегітимізації володіння інших країн «історично угорськими» регіонами. По-друге, доведення «агресивності» інших народів до угорців і нібито «виношування планів розправи над угорцями і їхніми історичними регіонами». По-третє, особливе для українського вектору угорської історичної політики, звинувачення у «провальному» державному будівництві, з аргументацією підтримки до насильних змін кордонів України. Охоплення аудиторії інформаційними впливами є достатньо широким, як за територіальним охопленням (внутрішня угорська, діаспорна угорська, міжнародна), так і за віковим (від шкільних підручників до масових протестів громадських організацій). При цьому, угорська влада намагається ізолювати «внутрішні угорськомовні» наративи від тих, які вона презентує світовій спільноті англійською мовою, і у випадках широкого розголосу інформації про свої іредентистські наративи щодо історії навколишніх країн угорська влада готова йти на компроміси, або оголошувати проблемні моменти «неважливими». Це має враховуватися представниками державних органів влади як в ході формування дипломатичного порядку денного України, так і щодо піклування про освіту угорської меншини, що на території України отримує навчання угорською мовою, наданням підручників якою переймається угорський уряд, поширюючи відповідні наративи.

The purpose of the article includes the determination of the key vectors of informational influences from Hungary (the country's government and affiliated agents of influence) that affect the perception of the history of Ukraine; those influences’ main audience; the results and possible consequences of the influence. The research methodology is based on the historical-systemic and historical-comparative methods, as well as the methodological foundations of research and the glossary of information warfare terms, outlined by social communications researcher O. V. Kurban. Novelty of the research is based on the use of the latest sources and upon conclusions drawn from the analysis of the studies of recent years, in some of which the positive characterization of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations prevailed, which has become outdated. The researched materials will form the basis for a comprehensive study of foreign influences on the perception of the history of Ukraine and the use of narratives about history in the information warfare. The findings bring out a conclusion that there is an existing specific strategy of information warfare on the topic of history history, which is consistently carried out by the Hungarian government authorities and affiliated media representatives, online influencers, and civil society figures. Firstly, for the goal set by the persevering Hungarian government (the achievement of political autonomy by ethnic Hungarian communities abroad), there is a need to touch upon the history of Ukraine (and not only Ukraine) in one way or another, in order to delegitimize the ownership of «historically Hungarian» regions by other countries. Secondly, there is a need to prove the «aggressiveness» of other nations towards the Hungarians, with them allegedly «making plans to punish the Hungarians and their historical regions.» Thirdly, the accusation of building a «failed state», which becomes an argument of support for violent changes in the borders of Ukraine, is something specific for the Ukrainian vector of Hungarian history policy. The coverage of the audience for the aforementioned informational influences is quite broad, both in terms of territorial coverage (internal Hungarian, diaspora Hungarian, international) and age (from schoolchildren's textbooks to mass protests on behalf of public organizations). At the same time, the Hungarian authorities try to isolate the «internal Hungarian-language» narratives from those that are presented to the larger global community in English, and in cases of wide dissemination of information about irredentist narratives regarding the history of the surrounding countries, the Hungarian authorities are ready to make compromises, or to declare problematic moments «unimportant». This should be taken into account by Ukrainian authorities both in regards to Ukraine's diplomatic agenda, and regarding the education sphere of the Hungarian minority living in Ukraine and receiving education in the Hungarian language (with text books provided by the Hungarian government, interested in pushing specific narratives on the history of Ukraine).
