Структурні особливості термінологічних одиниць у синоптичних текстах у порівняльному аспекті (на матеріалі німецької та української мов)

Анотація
Статтю присвячено вивченню структурних особливостей метеорологічних термінів у сучасних німецькій та українській мовах. За мету поставлено охарактеризувати структурну організацію простих (однослівних) та багатокомпонентних (термінів-словосполучень) термінологічних одиниць у синоптичних текстах, визначити та проаналізувати аломорфні та ізоморфні риси зазначених термінів у порівнюваних мовах. Доведено, що в німецькій мові у синоптичних текстах переважають терміни-композити, а в українській мові – дво- та тричленні терміни-словосполучення.
Опис
Background: In recent decades, there has been a significant increase in research interest in the study of terminology. Terminology research helps to clarify the meaning and usage of terms and allows to identify and analyze specialized language used in specific fields or domains. Purpose: The research focuses on the study of structural features of terminological units in synoptic texts. The purpose of the study is to analyze the connotative vocabulary on the material of meteorological texts in a comparative aspect, namely in modern German and Ukrainian languages. Results: The identified common features for synoptic texts are the presence of multicomponent terms that can convey more informational characteristics of a concept than a simple word. However, in German they are represented by compound terms, and in Ukrainian – by two-part terms-combinations. Both, compound terms and two-part terms-combinations are composed exclusively of independent parts of the language, with the noun usually occupying the leading position. Discussion: The study of terminology has become increasingly important in recent decades, as globalization, technological advancements, regulatory compliance, and competitive advantage have all contributed to the need for clear and precise language use within specific spheres.
