Анотація
We consider a system of legal support of organizational vision rehabilitation and especially its use.
Theoretically justified causes of the financial crisis in Ukraine, and found its influence on the process of bankruptcy. It
was found that these methods of creative accounting and the use of technology reengineering business processes are in
the system due to the financial process management technologies. The conceptual theoretical and methodological foundations of formation of the system of knowledge of financial reorganization and bankruptcy, as well as discussed topical issues, which form a promising vision of the discipline and methodological vectors it reeks.
