dc.descriptionThis study analyzes the path and stages of land reforms during the period of Ukraine's independence, the main ideas and the procedure for such implementation. Legislative changes regarding the peculiarities of regulating land relations under martial law introduced as a result of russia's armed aggression have been studied. On the basis of the carried out analysis, the main changes in the legislation regarding the regulation of land relations have been allocated. Legislative changes related to the environmental situation in the state have been studied, as well as key changes in the field of environmental protection have been identified. The carried out analysis of normative legal acts allowed to form promising directions for ensuring, first of all, the constitutional environmental rights of citizens in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of other rights and interests.
dc.description.abstractУ цьому дослідженні проаналізовано шлях та етапи проведених земельних реформ у період незалежності України, основні ідеї та порядок такого запровадження. Досліджено законодавчі зміни щодо особливостей регулювання земельних відносин в умовах воєнного стану, запровадженого внаслідок збройної агресії росії. На підставі проведеного аналізу виокремлено основні зміни в законодавстві стосовно регулювання земельних відносин. Досліджено законодавчі зміни, що стосуються екологічної ситуації в державі, а також встановлено ключові зміни у сфері охорони довкілля. Проведений аналіз нормативно-правових актів дозволив сформувати перспективні напрямки щодо забезпечення, насамперед, конституційних екологічних прав громадян в Україні, а також реалізації інших прав та інтересів.
