Анотація
An Influence of globalization’s processes concerns with all spheres of a public life. Thus
globalization leads to «serious transformation of system characteristics of the government». This tendency should influence on penalty’s politician and corresponding experts of the national states. During a globalization epoch occurs the reconsiderations of principles of the social control where the prison traditionally occupies one of the basic places.
