dc.descriptionThe article substantiates provisions on the functioning of an information system to develop a mechanism for enhancing an enterprise's economic and financial potential. It analyses scholarly approaches to defining the essence and structure of the information system, as well as the economic and financial potential of an enterprise. It proposes an authorial vision of their structural interrelations. The conceptual foundations for identifying the interconnection and interdependence between the core categories of the information society and enterprise potential are clarified, and the influence of global digitalization and globalization processes on the development of the information economy is determined. The study identifies a set of key functions of the information system within the mechanism for developing an enterprise's economic and financial potential. It is demonstrated that this set of functions may be modified, expanded, or endowed with new substantive content depending on the specific conditions of the enterprise’s economic activity. Particular attention is paid to the information system's communicative and adaptive capacities, including its interactions with the macro-environment and its role in the development of digital competencies. A conceptual model of an information system for developing the economic and financial potential of an enterprise is proposed, and its structure is visualized.
dc.description.abstractУ статті сформульовано положення щодо функціонування інформаційної системи формування механізму розвитку економічного та фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Проаналізовано підходи науковців до визначення сутності та структури інформаційної системи, економічного потенціалу підприємства, фінансового потенціалу підприємства, запропоновано авторське бачення їх структури. Актуалізовано концептуальні основи визначення взаємозв’язку та взаємозалежності базових категорій інформаційного суспільства та потенціалу підприємства, визначено залежність інформаційної економіки загальносвітовим глобалізаційним процесам та підпорядкованість її процесам, які здійснюються інформаційним суспільством. Виокремлено перелік ключових функції інформаційної системи в механізмі розвитку економічного та фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Доведено, що такий перелік може модифікуватись, розширюватись та отримувати нове сутнісне наповнення у залежності від конкретних умов господарювання підприємства. Доведено, що базовою сьогоденною характеристикою кожної із функцій інформаційної системи є її спроможність до комунікації з макросередовищем, до формування відповідних цифрових навичок та адаптації. Запропоновано концептуальну модель інформаційної системи формування механізму розвитку економічного та фінансового потенціалу підприємства.
