The article considers the use of sustainable energy as a potentially effective alternative energy source capable of replacing traditional natural fuels. The aim of the research is to develop a complex model of sustainable economic development able to promote introducing and expanding sustainable power engineering as potential alternative energy source, providing sustainable economic development, energy efficiency and reducing damages to the environment. The hypothesis lies in introduction of a model for sustainable economic development due to expansion of renewable energy which will result in economic growth, rise in energy efficacy and reducing hazards to the environment. A comparative analysis of costs and revenues of various types for using energy sources was carried out to estimate the economic efficiency and feasibility of renewable energy. The data analysis toolkit uses MS Power BI software, in which the data model was created. The conducted regression analysis provided valuable nu-merical and practical results on formation of the model of sustainable economic development of renewable power engineering. The research is based on the analysis of the impact “share of energy” on the level of electric energy import and CO₂ emissions. It is recommended to intensify efforts to develop renewable energy as a key direction for sustainable economic development to ensure energy security, reduce negative environmental impact and achieve global sustainable development goals.
The article investigates the complex problem of forming a model for ensuring the state's economic security based on digital technologies in the context of growing glob-al threats, cyber conflicts, and digital transformation of the economy, where digitaliza-tion acquires special significance as a critical instrument for state survival during full-scale war. Four models of digital economic security are analyzed: the Estonian e-government model with the highest efficiency through the X-Road platform and univer-sal digital ID, the Singaporean AI economy model with systematic implementation of AI in the business sector, the EU regulatory model with significant financing and stan-dardization through GDPR and AI Act, and the Ukrainian resilience model with un-precedented growth of digitalization under wartime conditions. It was established that Ukraine made the most dramatic leap in digitalization of government services over six years, rising from 102nd to 5th place in the UN Online Services Index, with the Diia platform providing significant budget savings and contributing to a radical reduction of the shadow economy, however, a critical imbalance was identified: the IT sector provides the lion's share of service exports, but cybersecurity spending remains several times lower compared to leading countries. The structure and dynamics of cyber threats are analyzed in detail, demonstrating exponential growth of attacks on gov-ernment bodies, critical infrastructure, and the security sector. A strategy for forming a hybrid model for Ukraine is proposed, synthesizing Estonian e-government architec-ture, Singaporean sectoral approach to AI implementation in SMEs, and European financing through the Ukraine Facility with implementation of EU regulatory stan-dards. Ukraine's unique competitive advantage is identified as proven resilience — the ability to maintain the functioning of digital services under massive cyber threats and infrastructure shelling, creating unique expertise in wartime digital governance that is globally in demand in the context of growing instability. The authors conclude that Ukraine's economic security in the digital age requires the formation of a hybrid model combining international standards with unique expertise in crisis operations, adaptive management, and strategic planning in the context of post-war reconstruction with embedded digitalization.
