dc.descriptionЦя стаття базована на аналізі матеріялів 2000–2010-х років (ЗМІ, архівних документів обласних адміністрацій, державної та місцевої документації) з метою визначення основних тенденцій щодо обміну студентами, викладачами, іншим персоналом, а також ідеями та інформацією про науку, культуру та освіту між українськими та польськими установами. Ці тенденції вивчаються, щоб з’ясувати, чи існувала якась кореляція між цим обміном і спробами української та польської інтелігенції боротися з «історичною антипатією», як один із факторів спротиву конкретній тактиці інформаційного протистояння, що спрямована на протиставлення поляків та українців. Хоча результати не можуть бути остаточними, певна кореляція все ж має місце, вона пов’язана з ідеями видатних ідеологів побудови відносин між незалежною Польщею та Україною, таких як Єжи Ґедройць, який визначив співпрацю між інтелектуалами як одну з ключових складових тривалого партнерства.
dc.description.abstractThis article is based on analyzing 2000–2010s media reports, archival documents of regional administrations, state and municipal documentation to identify the main trends regarding exchange of students, lecturers, other personnel, along with ideas and information on science, culture and education between Ukrainian and Polish institutions. These trends are studied to find whether there is any correlation between these exchanges and Ukrainian and Polish intelligentsia trying to combat “historical antipathy”, factoring into opposition to information warfare tactics made to set the Poles and the Ukrainians against each other. While the answers can’t be conclusive, some correlation does exist, and is related to ideas of prominent thought on how to construct relations between independent Poland and Ukraine, such as Jerzy Giedroyc’s, who identified cooperation between the intellectuals as one of the key components for long-standing Polish-Ukrainian partnership.
