dc.description.abstractThe article presents the results of a study of teacher motivation in the modern educational space. The urgency of studying the motivation of teachers of educational institutions is indicated. With the help of methods the characteristics of emotional and professional burnout and features of professional motivation were determined. After receiving the results of the study, it was found that subjects with different motivational components have different levels of emotional and professional burnout.en_US
