Анотація
У статті досліджено інвестиційну привабливість сільськогосподарських підприємств України як ключовий фактор залучення капіталу в умовах воєнного стану. Розкрито сутність інвестиційної привабливості як економічної категорії, що охоплює фінансово-економічні, соціальні, техніко-організаційні та інформаційні аспекти. Проведено SWOT-аналіз інвестиційної привабливості сільськогосподарських підприємств, визначено сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу індексу інвестиційної привабливості України та його впливу на ухвалення рішень інвесторами. Розроблено алгоритм оцінки інвестиційної привабливості аграрних підприємств, що дозволяє структуровано аналізувати фінансові показники, оцінювати ризики і порівнювати об’єкти інвестування. Запропоновано рекомендації для підвищення інвестиційної привабливості галузі сільського господарства в контексті післявоєнного відновлення економіки України.

The article examines the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine as a key factor in attracting capital in the conditions of martial law. The essence of investment attractiveness as an economic category covering financial-economic, social, technical-organizational and informational aspects is revealed. A SWOT analysis of the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises was conducted, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were determined. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the index of investment attractiveness of Ukraine and its influence on decision-making by investors. An algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises has been developed, which allows for structured analysis of financial indicators, risk assessment and comparison of investment objects. Recommendations are offered to increase the investment
attractiveness of the agricultural sector in the context of the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy. The conducted studies show that the investment attractiveness of the country's agricultural enterprises is a multi-level category that covers financial and economic, social, technical and organizational and informational aspects that provide a basis for making investment decisions. The conducted SWOT analysis made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of agricultural enterprises, as well as to apply opportunities and threats affecting the investment climate. An algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises has been developed, which allows you to structure the analysis of financial indicators, carry out risks and compare investment objects. As a result of the study, recommendations are offered to increase the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises, including strengthening state support, improving the legal framework, stimulating innovation and modernizing infrastructure. The implementation of these measures will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the industry in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy.
