dc.descriptionThis article examines the atroponymicon of the inhabitants of Poznan (Poland) in order to determine the influence of Ukrainian linguistic culture on them due to the actualization of extra- and intralingual factors. This influence is figuratively nominated as the Ukrainian trace. We actualize the diachronic aspect, i.e. we immerse ourselves in the history of the distribution of surnames with Ukrainian roots, Ukrainian internal form according to the root or affixes, which was recorded in historical dictionaries of Poznan residents, i.e. we consider not the facts of speech but the facts of the language system. In a positive sense, the trace can be significant, meaningful, worthy of imitation, important, great. This is exactly the kind of trace that will be discussed in this scientific study, because a person’s name is a phenomenon that leaves a mark; people’s names accompany them throughout their lives. This is a kind of source of information about the traditions of naming, the history of people, the culture of specific ethnic groups, the originality of naming, its existence. On the basis of the compiled card index, collected from the historical dictionaries of anthroponyms, (1) the Ukrainian surnames formed on the basis of the Ukrainian creative basis and with the help of the Ukrainian formant are singled out; the most common “Ukrainian” formant is considered to be the suffix k(o), as well as usz, ysz and (2) surnames-hybrids with a Polish motivational basis and Ukrainian formant uk (`uk), enk(o), k(o), ak (`ak) are singled out. Polish surnames can be formed using Ukrainian bases: (1) from personal names and (2) from common names. The Ukrainian trace in the anthroponymic of Poznan of the XVI–XVIII centuries testifies to the spread of both purely Ukrainian surnames (mostly with the suffix k(o), least with uk) and surnames hybrids (mostly with bases representing common names, as well as on the basis of Ukrainian personal names with the actualization of suffixes k(o), uk, yn, uch). The presence of the Ukrainian trace in the anthroponymicon of Poznan signifies the active migration of Ukrainians to Western Poland and the enrichment of Polish linguistic culture at the expense of Ukrainianisms: phonetic, word-forming (morpheme) features, internal form of the surname are taken into account.
dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено антропонімікон мешканців міста Познань (Республіка Польща) на предмет визначення впливу на них української лінгвокуль тури внаслідок актуалізації екстра- та інтралінгвальних чинників. Цей вплив образно номінуємо українським слідом, надаючи позитивної оцінки зазначеному явищу запозичення. Продемонстровано, що польські прізвища утворюються на базі українських відонімних основ та основ українських загальних назв. В антропоніміконі Познані XVI–XVIII ст. виявлено й суто українські прізвища із системою відповідних суфіксів, і прізвища-гібриди з основами, що репрезентують загальні й власні назви з актуалізацією ха рактерних суфіксів.
