dc.descriptionThis article provides the rationale for the use of mobile applications in the educational environment when learning foreign languages. According to the authors, the introduction of mobile technologies is well combined with the strategic educational goals of the New Ukrainian School. Mobile learning plays a special role in optimizing the process of teaching foreign languages, as it has ample opportunities not only in the control and administration of the educational process, but also in the organization of individual and group work of students. Analyzing the research on the peculiarities of the introduction of mobile technologies in the educational process of learning a foreign language, the authors conclude that learning with these technologies is not yet widely used, and didactic principles of integrating mobile technologies into the educational process are not identified. Innovative, however, is developing quite rapidly. The article describes the didactic possibilities of mobile applications, as well as examples of those that can be used as a supplement to the traditional foreign language lesson in primary school. The authors of the article note that the role of the teacher is still the main and primary. After all, only a teacher knows how to combine them into a system, using the benefits of each of them to get a positive result. By allowing the use of mobile devices in the classroom, the teacher not only expands the learning process, but also directs it in the right direction, motivates children to learn foreign languages, develops memory, attention, creativity, and teaches independence. Choosing the right program can change a child’s view of the learning process as a whole. The authors argue that for the successful implementation of mobile applications in the process of learning a foreign language, it is necessary to develop a system of criteria for selecting quality mobile applications that should be used by primary school students. Mobile applications can be used for classroom and extracurricular work as a supplement to already developed and tested courses, as well as for independent work and learning a foreign language.
dc.description.abstractУ статті наведено обґрунтування використання мобільних програм в освітньому середовищі під час вивчення іноземних мов. Як зазначають автори, впровадження мобільних технологій добре поєднується зі стратегічними освітніми цілями Нової української школи. Особливу роль мобільне навчання відіграє в оптимізації процесу викладання іноземних мов, оскільки має широкі можливості не тільки під час здійснення контролю та адміністрування навчального процесу, а й під час організації індивідуальної та групової роботи учнів. Аналізуючи дослідження, присвячені особливостям впровадження мобільних технологій в освітній процес вивчення іноземної мови, автори доходять висновку, що навчання за допомогою цих технологій поки що не має широкого практичного застосування, а дидактичних принципів інтеграції мобільних технологій в освітній процес не виявлено, оскільки це явище є інноваційним, однак досить швидко розвивається. У статті описуються дидактичні можливості мобільних додатків, а також наводяться приклади тих із них, які можуть бути використані як доповнення до традиційного уроку іноземної мови у молодших класах. Автори статті зазначають, що роль педагога, як і раніше, залишається головною та першочерговою. Адже тільки вчитель знає, як об’єднати їх у систему, використовуючи переваги кожного з них для отримання позитивного результату. Дозволяючи використання мобільних пристроїв у класі, вчитель не просто розширює можливості навчального процесу, а й спрямовує його в потрібне русло, мотивує дітей до вивчення іноземних мов, розвиває пам’ять, увагу, креативність, а також привчає до самостійності. Вибір правильної програми може змінити погляд дитини на процес навчання загалом. Автори стверджують, що для успішної реалізації впровадження мобільних додатків у процес вивчення іноземної мови необхідно розробити систему критеріїв для вибору якісних мобільних додатків, які варто використовувати учням молодшого шкільного віку. Мобільні програми можна використовувати для аудиторної та позааудиторної роботи як доповнення до вже розроблених та апробованих курсів, а також для самостійної роботи та вивчення іноземної мови
