dc.description.abstractThis comprehensive study-based report presents the current state of awareness of the adult population of a territorial community in Ukraine, and specific social groups, on needing non-formal education. The analysis was based on a survey, expert individual interviews, focus group discussions, and consideration of regulations. Complex research resulted in a sufficiently complete multifaceted picture of the adult’s educational needs and non-formal education situation in the Vinnytsia urban territorial community. The research tools provided different sections of the issue: public opinion, expert opinions from NGOs and city authorities, interests of various social groups.
