Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій(ПІІ)в економіку України. Проаналізованодинаміку індексу інвестиційної привабливості економіки України та надходження прямих іноземних інвестицій протягом 2015-2024 рр. Досліджено головні чинники, що впливають на залучення ПІІ, в тому числі політичну та економічну стабільність, інвестиційну привабливість країни. Окрему увагу приділено аналізунадходження ПІІ в економіку України.Провідними країнами-інвесторами виступаютьНідерланди, Кіпр та США. Водночас,висвітленоосновні виклики,якіпостають перед державою під час економічної кризи, спричиненою COVID-19 та військовими діями на території України.В процесі дослідження обґрунтовано важливість впровадження напрямів реформ для економічного розвитку України, які є необхідною умовою для забезпечення стійкого економічного розвитку країни.

The article is devoted to the study of foreign direct investment in the economy of Ukraine. The dynamics of the investment attractiveness index of the Ukrainian economy and the inflow of foreign direct investment during 2015-2024 are analyzed. The main factors influencing the attraction of FDI are studied, including political and economic stability, and the investment attractiveness of the country. It is proved that foreign direct investment is one of the main sources of attracted capital, which not only provides financial support for the economy, but also acts as a key factor for creating jobs and increasing the competitiveness of national production.Special attention is paid to the analysis of the inflow of foreign direct investment into Ukraine from investor countries, namely: the leading investors are the Netherlands, Cyprus and the USA. At the same time, the main challenges facing the state during the economic crisis caused by COVID-19 and military operations on the territory of Ukraine are highlighted. The study substantiated the importance of implementing reform directions for the economic development of Ukraine, which are a necessary condition for ensuring sustainable economic development of the country.Innovative reforms were proposed to stimulate the country's economic development, including: developing strategies to support small and medium-sized businesses; stimulating investments through tax reform and reducing regulatory barriers; increasing transparency of management processes in the public sector; developing transport infrastructure; new training and human capital development programs; digital platforms and automated processes, etc.The analysis shows that factors influence the attraction of foreign direct investment. To overcome the barriers that prevent their attraction, it is necessary to implement systemic changes covering the legislative, institutional and economic spheres. Only under conditions of comprehensive reform is it possible to create an attractive investment climate in the country.Prospects for further research are to develop effective models of interaction between the state and investors to improve the country's investment climate.
