Today bullying of some people over others, as a social phenomenon is present in various stages of formation and development of the human personality since childhood. Bullying is the word has evolved into the international term and includes a number of serious social, psychological, legal and pedagogical problems and is one of the urgent problems of our time, which requires careful study. Lately, the experts have talked about the output of bullying beyond the real space in the virtual space. Bullying is becoming dangerous every day, as it can be done using Internet technologies. Despite the similarity of bullying with cyberbullying, the last has a number of significant differences. Those, who organize the Internet harassment, are confident in their impunity, they enjoy the permissiveness which they are given to virtual space, the lack of control by adults, and the ability to be different. Cyberbullying inflicts the negative effect on all levels of the functioning of the adolescent. Thus, cyberbullying is one of the forms of negative deviation that has arosen in the epoch of the information society. The very important task of the timely reacting and prevention of this dangerous phenomenon stand before parents, psychologists, social workers, teachers. Bullying leaves a negative imprint in the consciousness not only victim, but also all who participate in or watch her. An important task for Ukrainian society was to learn to see and critically assess the relationship between younger generations in order to prevent deviations and their consequences.

There have been significant changes in attitudes towards people with disabilities in recent decades. The basis of such changes is the recognition of their rights to a full life in society and the creation of appropriate conditions for their rehabilitation and social integration, but, despite the positive changes, the quality of life of people with disabilities lags far behind and does not meet today's requirements. Today in Ukraine, the employment of people with disabilities is part of vocational rehabilitation, the purpose of which is to provide them with work directly. The article is devoted to the study of the development and supports system of vocational training of persons with disabilities in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the structure of state and non-state institutions, through which vocational training of persons with disabilities is carried out. The critical shortcomings of the vocational education system of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are selected. In particular, in terms of financing such education, logistics for certain groups of persons with disabilities, as well as educational institutions and enterprises that need to adapt their place of study or work to the needs of persons with disabilities. The feasible analysis also indicates the shortcomings of the Procedure for choosing a profession for people with disabilities with the participation of medical and social expert commission (MSEC). Recommendations for overcoming these shortcomings are formulated separately.

- ДокументThe Problem of Communication in the Field of Social Protection of Persons With Disabilities.(ФОП Корзун Д.Ю., Вінниця, 2020) Overchuk, VictoriiaThe article is devoted to the study of the quality of communication between subjects that determine the institutional environment of rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities. The quality of communication, the author, is offered to understand the interaction between the subjects, first of all, in terms of sharing the necessary information. The preconditions for the implementation of quality communications, according to the author, are the regulatory regulation of interaction, methodological and organizational-technical conditions. The author states that there is no current normative document regulating the procedure of communications between the subjects, no methodological and organizational and technical preconditions are created, which is reflected in the fragmentation of data accumulation, the absence of a single information complex for data accumulation, processing and analysis.

People have always suffered and had to defend themselves against a variety of threats. Currently, the number of dangers affecting their mental health and emotional well-being is growing rapidly. In today’s world, people are becoming more and more psychologically vulnerable. The speed of general social changes and strong information pressure nowadays exceed personal opportunities for adaptability. Under such conditions, everyday life becomes more dangerous, more risky for physical and mental health. The present academic paper is devoted to studying the mechanisms of formation of the individual’s psychological security, which is of significant practical importance in the conditions of political and social-economic instability of the modern society in the world. The scientific article analyses the process of acquiring psychological security, the starting point of which is the construction of a model of the world in the coordinates of the vital meanings of the individual, structuring it in a certain way according to the security level. The purpose of the academic paper lies in analysing the features of the process of forming and correcting the psychological security of the individual. Methodology. The data from international studies, scientific publications and survey results of residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have been used in the research. Results. With the aid of the questionnaire, the values of the components of the individual’s psychological security have been revealed from the point of view of the inhabitants of the territories where active hostilities have been carried out, which is of particular importance for the formation of personality-oriented mechanisms of psychological work with such categories of people. According to the results of the survey conducted, the priorities of correcting the level of psychological security include forecasting life prospects and developing skills to relieve emotional stress in order to quickly and deeply recover.
