Ambiguity of definition of concept and structure of the mechanism of law action in this sphere is revealed. On the basis of the analysis it has been proposed the determination of the mechanism of law action in the field of economy as a system of effective means of law influence on economic relations, mediated by other not legal (especially economic, social and psychological) factors and processes that achieves the objectives of the activities in the field of economy in specific historical conditions. The author substantiates the role of the legal regulation mechanism of economic relations as a central element (core) of the mechanism of law action, which accumulates around itself the social and psychological mechanisms of law action in the sphere of economy. Анотація. Статтю присвячено проблемам дії права в сфері господарювання. Виявлено неоднозначність визначення поняття та структури механізму дії права в цій сфері. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано визначення механізму дії права в сфері господарювання як системи засобів результативного впливу права на господарські відносини, опосередковану іншими неюридичними (насамперед, економічними, соціальними і психологічними) факторами і процесами, яка забезпечує досягнення цілей діяльності в сфері господарювання в конкретних історичних умовах. Обґрунтовується роль механізму правового регулювання господарських відносин в якості центрального елементу (ядра) механізму дії права, який акумулює навколо себе соціальний і психологічний механізми дії права в сфері господарювання.
