Economists in their professional activities must use the mathematical apparatus to solve practical problems of the war and post-war economy. Taking into account the unsatisfactory level of mathematical competence of Ukrainian applicants and the difficulty of students' perception of mathematical disciplines, there is a need to change the methodology of teaching higher mathematics. The purpose of the work is to study the methodology of teaching mathematical disciplines to students majoring in "Accounting and Taxation" with the aim of its urgent improvement. The article identifies the problems of using mathematical methods to solve professional tasks in the field of economics by graduates of the educational program "Accounting and Taxation" of the Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University. According to the results of the research, an approximate topics of the discipline "Higher Mathematics and Probability Theory" is proposed, the role of student research groups in optimizing the educational process is revealed, the need for integrated teaching of mathematics, computer science and economics is substantiated. The directions of further researches are planned.

Разом з тим наявний досвід викладання дисциплін математичного профілю у вітчизняній вищій школі не дає випускникам-економістам можливості реалізації отриманих навичок при вирішенні професійних завдань у практичній діяльності. Метою статті є ідентифікація напрямів використання програмування та чисельних методів при підготовці економістів з точки зору вирішення ними фахових завдань у майбутній професійній діяльності. У роботі доведена пріоритетність технологічного проектування та програмування (Technology design and programming) в якості soft skills фахівця 2025 року. Запропонована послідовність методики викладання чисельного моделювання. Акцентовано на необхідності розгляду численних фахових проблем, вирішення яких можливе за допомогою математичних моделей. Обґрунтована необхідність введення у програми підготовки економістів дисциплін з програмування або викладання навичок програмування сучасними мовами в межах дисциплін математичного профілю для формування у здобувачів освіти економічного напряму навичок самостійної програмної реалізації чисельного моделювання. За результатами дослідження сформовані висновки, визначені напрями подальших досліджень.

Numerous local experiments on the introduction of partial basic income have taken place around the world. But theoretical searches and practical experiments were carried out separately, without considering the expediency of the latter and generalizing their results. However, from the perspective of the practical implementation of the idea of unconditional basic income in the world, the most interesting is to confirm or refute the theoretical studies empirically. The purpose of the article is to summarize the results of experiments on the implementation of the concept of basic income in terms of further development of theoretical research in this field. The paper discusses in detail the conditions, the methodology of the most popular pilots to implement basic income in the USA (The New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Iowa, Seattle, Denver, Indiana), Canada (Manitoba), Namibia (Otjivero, Omitara), Uganda, India (Madhya Pradesh), Finland and their generalized results. The study concludes that basic income can be seen as an effective tool to combat poverty; the experiments demonstrated the preservation of labor activity in the presence of basic income; improving social performance is serious and long-lasting compared to economic achievement; better respond to the introduction of unconditional income for the income group and the younger generation; the continuation of experiments is determined not by the results achieved, but by the politiДосвід практичної реалізації концепції базового доходу 433 cal will of the organizers; based on the conditions and scales of pilots, direct extrapolation of their results to the future is impossible. Numerical modeling tools are proposed to solve this problem. Identifying the impact factors to build a mathematical model of the base income experiment will be a direction for further research.
