The processes of integration of judicial rights for Ukraine are analysed in the European legal relationships. Influence of integration processes is examined on forming and development of modern judicial right for Ukraine, analysed cream aspects of the use of legal institutes and European standards in the field of judicially legal adjusting, actuality of questions of harmonization of judicial legislation of Ukraine is grounded with the legal norms of European Union.
